Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Gender, Social Work, and Social Administration, complemented by a Professional Certificate in Psychosocial Interventions and Mental Health, as well as a Professional Certificate in Social Work and Community Development. Additionally, possesses a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Total Quality Management, a Diploma in Industrial Art and Computer Applications, Cisco Networking certification, and an Advanced Certificate in Education.
Her primary area of expertise is in Protection, with a strong focus on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Protection, Peacebuilding, and the promotion of Gender and Disability Inclusion.
Experienced in designing and implementing capacity-building programs for women’s rights organizations, women-led organizations, and humanitarian staffs, emphasizing age, diversity, and intersectional approaches to foster inclusive and effective interventions.
Her fields of expertise encompass Child Protection and GBV, inclusive education, general protection for persons of concern, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA). She is responsible for overseeing MHPSS and protection programs, promoting peaceful coexistence within communities, and facilitating disability rehabilitation and inclusion initiatives. Her work involves implementing strategies to support the integration, empowerment, and access of vulnerable groups to essential services. Her approach is holistic and inclusive, addressing both immediate needs and fostering long-term community resilience in complex emergency settings.
With a comprehensive skill set, she excels in integrating technical, social, and educational strategies to promote protection and inclusion across diverse humanitarian and development contexts. She has accumulated nine years of work experience in humanitarian and development settings, including five years of specialized expertise in project management and coordination. Her core competencies include project design, over seeing implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and stakeholder coordination.
