Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM)
Our CCCM Program focuses on improving living conditions, strengthening service delivery coordination, and enhancing community participation in camp governance.
We partner with humanitarian actors, local authorities, and displaced communities to ensure that displacement sites are safe, dignified, well-organized, function effectively, and are inclusive of all population groups.
We strengthen Camp Management structures, empowering displaced persons to participate in decision-making and oversee key aspects of daily camp life. We facilitate regular community meetings, feedback mechanisms, and complaint response systems to reinforce accountability and responsiveness.
We also work to improve coordination among service providers, supporting joint planning and resource allocation across sectors, and advocate for early solutions that link displaced populations with livelihood opportunities and durable settlement planning.
